It is okay for the HP JAMC to have a red X, but the rest need to have the green check marks.

If you need to uninstall EKM, please get with the DCA Team to get the full instructions. You will need to delete the x86 “i2emfw” folder and get a new license key.
-
EKM is successfully installed and licensed, reply to the original email to let them know. That way they can check to see if all the devices are reporting in EKM.

Please note that if you get a red X on XMPP, it is possibly a blocked port. This service requires port 5222 open for secure messaging communication. The port 5222 TCP/IP outgoing connection is to IP 13.91.248.118 (cashmarkmsg) & IP 13.87.185.255 (predictiveinsights1). Also, you need port 80 open to IP 51.141.70.161 for the license server.
Congratulations, you are now set up with EKM!
