How to Enter a Meter Reading into your online account through the Client Portal:
Step 1: From the Standley Systems homepage, locate to the client portal tab at the top right to navigate to the login page.
Step 2: Login using your e-mail and password
Step 3: Once you're logged in, you'll be taken directly to the Client Portal dashboard.
From the dashboard, locate the Meter Reading tab in the navigation menu or the sidebar. Hover over it and click on Meter Reading. This will bring you directly to the meter entry page.
Step 4: From the Meter Entry page you will see a list of all your devices. Each device displays meter instructions. To simplify the process for you, find the device for which you need to enter a meter reading and click on the provided field.
Now, enter the meter reading. Do not include decimal numbers. Make sure the reading is accurate as this will affect your billing and service records.
Once you've entered the meter reading, you will see a green message that this equipment meter reading is now ready to submit.
Step 5: Once you've entered the correct meter reading for all of your devices, simply click Submit to finalize your entry.
